FOX: You are four months old today. Over the past week or so you have learnt how to blow raspberries. You are quite proud of this new trick and you like to pause between raspberries every so often so that I can praise you and tell you how clever you are. You always respond to my praise with big, self-satisfied grins. You are also starting to chuckle a lot but you like to make me work hard for your laughs. You find it particularly funny when I throw my head around while making silly sounds. I try to avoid doing this in public. One other thing I have noticed this month is that you seem to be unusually fascinated by ceilings. At first I thought you must be attracted to bright lights, but it seems that any ceiling (illuminated or otherwise) will do.
