Garden Update

 

Lamb was excited to discover that her strawberry plant is growing a tiny strawberry. Fox’s chamomile hasn’t made any visible progress and I think he is feeling a little disheartened. And more than a little jealous of Lamb’s strawberry. Also this week we welcomed two new pets, silkie chickens Roxy and Dusty. Lamb was quick to claim Roxy as hers and so far she has been a very doting owner, running outside as soon as she wakes up to cuddle Roxy and to make sure she has food and clean water. Fox is somewhat ambivalent about Dusty. He was excited about the idea of having a pet but has yet to pick her up or pay much attention to her. No eggs as yet, but its still early days.
