FOX: When you try to say ‘Paddle Pop’ it always come out ‘pla-plop-plop’. It is without a doubt the cutest thing you say at the moment. That, and ‘plity’ for ‘pretty please’. Because there are just way too many syllables in ‘pretty please’ (and you are, after all, an Aussie). So when you look up at me with those big blues and say: “Pla-plop-plop?….. Plity, mummy?” It makes it impossible for me to refuse you. But I guess you already know that don’t you?
