Wow, there is actually only two this week. It might have something to do with the fact tat I’ve spent every spare second this week preparing for Lamb’s fourth birthday party and, as a result, spending way too much time on Pintrest. There is nothing quite like Pintrest to make you feel crap about every tiny aspect of your life. I mean, at one point I followed a pin to a tutorial on how to fold fitted sheets so that they look all neat. Then I spent the rest of the afternoon feeling inadequate because of my lack of sheet-folding skills. For some reason, no matter how hard I try, my fitted sheets always seem to look exactly how they looked coming out of the dryer despite spending/wasting the best part of an afternoon trying to fold them. I’ve banned myself from Pinterest for the next few weeks in order to give my confidence a bit to time to recover.
I can relate to your Pinterest inferiority complex. π Frankly I don't understand how rooms can look so unlived in and cooking endeavors be so organized and effortless. I love your photograph above of what looks to be milkshake sipping. A sweet and authentic black-and-white moment.
The only time I allow myself to go on Pinterest is during party prepping as well! Anyway, these are stunning photos. Constantly inspired by you and your work.
