There is no denying that parenthood has it’s challenges (to put it mildly). Today I am confined to bed with yet another flu. I’m finding it hard just to look after myself let alone two children, one who is teething and one who is regressing and wants her dummy all. the. time (the above photo is her reaction to being denied it). But it’s days like this that I think of all the single parents out there, and parents who’s partners work away, and all I can think is – wow. Just, wow. Being a parent is the hardest job on earth, imagine doing it mostly, if not all, on your own. So, to all the single parents out there: I take my hat off to you, you are amazing. Nothing short of inspirational.
