So I was given a few shirts for my kidlets from the amazing, crazy talented, awe-inspiring Ashely from The Stork and the Beanstalk  (I won’t say I idolize her cause I’ll freak her out, but you get the picture). Anyway, I’ve been trying to take some photos that would do the shirts justice but so far I’ve had no luck. Today, I had a light-bulb moment. “I know!” I thought, “I’ll put the ‘free as a bird’ shirt on Lamb. I’ll get her to stand in a body of water, of some description, looking all sullen-like. Then I’ll just get get a bird or two, of some description, to fly past”. I then I devised a thinly veiled ploy to get the family to head down to the lagoon. When I finally admitted to the husband what I was trying to achieve he practically erupted in a fit of laughter. Needless to say (like every other day) I didn’t get the shot, but I did (like every other day) have fun trying.
